what is your coaching method?
As an ICF-certified somatic coach, I partner with you to sustainably achieve a change or goal in yourself - whether in your work or personal life.
What makes somatic coaching different? Somatic coaching leverages traditional coaching strategies of introspection and measurable behavior change and integrates body intelligence - working with movement, sensation, and intuition to access deeper insights and create lasting change.
It’s the power of practice. Like an athlete perfecting their technique or a musician mastering scales, somatic coaching provides deliberate repetition that shifts goals from abstract concepts into embodied action. This practice builds confidence and creates neural pathways for consistent, automatic change.
Who benefits most? Anyone who find themselves repeating the same patterns despite their best intentions. If you're frustrated by recurring challenges that intellectual approaches haven't solved, this method offers a different path.
why somatics at work?
As corporate leaders, we're judged by what we do, not who we are. Yet many of us operate from a place of overextension, lead through fear, or suppress our true opinions. These patterns override our body's natural wisdom, with real costs to our health, effectiveness, and fulfillment, such as:
Reduced decision-making clarity under pressure
Decreased innovation and creativity
Lower team engagement and trust
Burnout and diminished authentic presence
Somatic coaching provides a path to expand and ground your leadership intelligence.
In a knowledge economy where your expertise is your greatest asset, embodied intelligence offers you sustained impact. You grow practical techniques to listen to your body's signals and translate that awareness into more effective behaviors.
The result is a leadership approach that delivers results while supporting your well-being - creating sustainable success for both you and your organization.
“Lars is as comforting and welcoming as it gets. They have a tone that allows you to express yourself exactly as you are, and feel zero judgement for your authenticity. That combined with deep in knowledge in somatics creates for a really effective coach.”
