My journey began with a simple truth: I care deeply about people. This led me to business anthropology - studying people and culture in corporate environments - and eventually to a 15+ year career helping Fortune 1000 companies answer the critical questions: “how do we get here?" and “what do we need?"
Working with Catalyst, Riot Games, and Nike, I specialized in diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy integration across the complete HR ecosystem: leadership development, employee engagement, talent management, and HR analytics. As a trusted advisor to CHROs and senior tech leaders, I've designed and facilitated programs for teams navigating their most challenging "grey spaces" - where behaviors don't match values, engagement is low, and burnout was prevalent without intervention.
Through this work, I witnessed a daunting gap: corporate leaders were ignoring their body's signals about stress, disagreement, and the need for change. High-pressure environments created performative relationships and interpersonal harm, especially because we were dishonest about who we are at work. Societal trauma became something to manage rather than be felt. And the cost on people’s health and well-being were staggering.
So, after 6 years of intensive study of somatics and becoming an ICF-certified coach, I am grateful to now coach and train workers to develop embodied intelligence - a form of leadership that integrates physical, mental, and emotional awareness.
Whether I am designing a talent program, facilitating a training, or coaching a leader, my delivery centers the belief that our workplaces should strengthen communities, see our coworker as our comrade not our competition, and stand up for the dignity and care for all people and this beautiful planet. That is a leadership intelligence that I am committed to making possible.
